Trip Payment

We can accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) with the exception of Discover. We also accept personal checks as form of payment. Please be clear on your form which method of payment you would like to use to pay for your trip (credit card, check, or cash).

Reservation Policies

Domestic Trips and Courses: A 50% deposit is required for all reservations. The balance will be due on the first day of the course or trip. Cancellation must be made 60 days before first day of trip or course, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. You can apply your trip deposit or fee toward a future trip or course that takes place within one year for a 15% fee. No credits or refunds for no shows or those leaving early.

International Courses and Expeditions: To reserve a space on one of our international expeditions, please fill out and return the International & Expedition Application, cancellation policy statement, liability release and a 50% deposit. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the trip departure. Cancellation must be made 60 days before the start date of the trip, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited.

Group Reservations: For organized groups of 8 or more people, a 50% deposit is required for all reservations. The balance will be due 60 days prior to the start of the trip. Cancellation must be made 90 days before first day of trip or course, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. You can apply your trip deposit or fee toward a future trip or course that takes place within one year for a 20% fee. No credits or refunds for no shows or those leaving early.
