Registration Forms

Reservations:

• Please download and fill out the form that corresponds with the type of trip that you would like to sign up for. We can accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) with the exception of Discover. We also accept personal checks as form of payment. Please be clear on your form which method of payment you would like to use to pay for your trip (credit card or check).



• Domestic Trips and Courses: A 50% deposit is required for all reservations. The balance will be due on the first day of the course or trip. Cancellation must be made 60 days before first day of trip or course, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. You can apply your trip deposit or fee toward a future trip or course that takes place within one year for a 10% fee. No credits or refunds for no shows or those leaving early.



• International Courses and Expeditions: To reserve a space on one of our international expeditions, please fill out and return the expedition application, cancellation policy statement, liability release and a 50% deposit as soon as possible. Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure.
